D-I-Y Customer Installation:
There's not really a better way to understand how to setup and operate your Automower then to install it yourself! At Hoyer's we are committed to helping customers that purchase their Automower from us with assistance in designing and laying out your install and troubleshooting any issues after installation. Items that we typically assist with for a D-I-Y customer are listed below:
Included with Automower Purchase:
- Technical Discussion of Automower Installation Requirements & Specific Considerations for your Lawn
- Google Maps Site Map and Estimation of Supplies
- Phone Support and Technical Assistance at no charge during the first season after purchase
Available Options in addition to Automower Purchase:
- Premium Automower Boundary Wire Upgrade Options
- Rental of Boundary Wire Cable Layer Machine
- On-Site Visit and Discussion
Professional Installation by Hoyer's:
For those customers that want a professional installation, have a complicated installation, or site specific requirements. Since 2014 we have been installing and servicing Husqvarna Automowers in the tri-state region. Professional installation cost can vary greatly with each site. Islands, Remote Areas, Cutting across driveways or sidewalks can all increase the cost of installation. A typical professional installation process is laid out below:
Prior to Automower Purchase:
- In Store or Phone Technical Discussion of Automower Options, Installation Requirements, & Specific Considerations
- Paid On-Site Visit typically $40-80 to set expectations and further discuss specific site requirements.(If Automower is purchased this amount is applied to Installation costs.)
- Google Earth Site Map is created and complete quote created for Automower or Automowers needed and supplies needed. (Note: We only install with Husqvarna PRO wire, we will not install with basic/starter boundary wire.)
After Automower Purchase:
- Installation date is selected and Installation is completed.
- On Site training and demonstration after the installation is completed on site with you, including Automower App pairing.
- Phone Support and Technical Assistance Provided no charge as needed during the warranty period.
