Do you take trade-ins?
In most cases, yes. However, trade-ins are on a case-by-case basis and not always guaranteed.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! For lawn and garden financing, we go through Synchrony and Sheffield. For agriculture products, we go through the manufacturers.
I live in Kentucky. Do I have to pay sales tax on equipment?
Yes. If you pick-up your equipment at our store, you will be charged Illinois sales tax (6.25%). If we deliver your equipment to Kentucky, you will pay Kentucky sales tax (6%).
Can I return my equipment?
All sales are final except where our manufacturers’ consumer return policies take precedent. In such cases, equipment returns are approved on a case-by-case basis.
Can I return my in-store purchase?

Returns are NOT accepted if any of the following applies to your purchase:
The purchased item(s) are not regularly stocked (i.e. special orders).
The purchased item(s) were electrical parts and were installed and/or the packaging was opened.
The purchased item(s) was oil, lubricant, or other fuel additive.
