Do you price match equipment?

Due to the variability of model configurations, age, and dealer costs, we are unable to price match our equipment.

Do you take trade-ins?

In most cases, yes. However, trade-ins are on a case-by-case basis and not always guaranteed.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. For lawn and garden financing, we use Synchrony and Sheffield. For Mahindra products, we go through Mahindra Finance​.

I live in Kentucky. Do I have to pay sales tax on equipment?

Yes, customers who live in Kentucky will have to pay Kentucky taxes.

Can I return my equipment?
We honor our manufacturers’​ consumer return policies. Equipment returns are approved on a case-by-case basis.
Can I return my online order?
In most cases, yes. Please see our online store return policy here.
Can I return my in-store purchase?

In most cases, yes. In-store, non-equipment purchases may be returned within 30 days of the date printed on the receipt. Returns are approved on a case-by-case basis.

Returns are NOT allowed if any of the following applies to your purchase:

  • The purchased item(s) are not regularly stocked
  • The purchased item(s) were electrical parts and were installed and/or the packaging was opened
  • The purchased item(s) was oil, lubricant, or other fuel additive
